Having recently acquired a super condition 16-CL from none other than Mr Elmo himself, I am now looking for the proper black cover for it.

If anyone either has one for sale, or knows of one, please let me know. If not, I shall naturally be scruitinising the stands etc. at Ealing.

Cheers,

Valves and celluloid - a great combination!

Come on Kev!! No recriminations, and no need to feel bad! [Frown]

As you know, I now have a super case to keep her in, which was far better than I had bargained for, it's just that the cover would be the icing on the cake. [Wink]

If I had felt that precious about it, I would have fought you 'tooth and nail' at the time.

As I said, it's no big deal, would just be nice!

Anyway, thanks for offering to keep an eye open foe me too!

Cheers, [Big Grin]

As you say a good place to start will probably be at the BFCC.

I don't feel too bad really [Wink]

I have a spare cover I could send you.
I just ask that you cover the postage.
Just e-mail if interested.

Hi Mike,

Have sent you an e-mail from my wife's laptop as I'm currently away from my office PC.

In case you don't get it, here is my response to your kind suggestion:

Thank you very much for the offer. Without seeming too pedantic, dare I ask the condition of the cover? If it's pretty good to excellent, I'd be pleased to cover the postage, plus a few $$$ extra.

With many thanks,
