Introductory greetings to All!
I'm pleased to be able to provide an answer - in my first correspondence - to you Barry: Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (in the Loire-Atlantique) is, I believe, the film location for the wonderful, ahead of its time, undated, 'M. Hulot's Holiday'. I have re-written this entry as I've just found some photos: http://www.vjoncheray.com/phototheque/en/photos_coast_ouest_france/loire-atlantique/st_marc_mer/ and a map: http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?country=France&city=saint-marc-sur-mer&zoom=6&size=big
I've been enjoying reading the lively, informative correspondence here; I'm afraid I was a bit too literal in the registration request to provide my full name, and can reassure you that I am a working-class lad (all right, man) from the West Midlands (Derann country).
These warm English evenings have been great for showing films in the garden, though some care is needed to mind the volume for the neighbours. I'm also a drummer, so I (or they) are used to it!
Could I put on record the helpful service recently provided by Paul Foster, providing a next-day service for a set of 1200HD belts.
I will probably become a nuisance as I have quite a few questions to ask, but I'll leave it for now.
Regards,
Bernie
