So who will be coming along next week??
I,m all booked up and will be travelling up with two fellow collectors in the car,so that means I can bring more films to flog on the bring and buy and auction.
Really looking forward to this fair as it will be the first one I have attended since 1992.
Chris-Did you manage to get a weekend pass from the missus to attend?

Remember chaps, plenty of piccies so we can get them up on bfcc.biz. Sadly have to attend the NEC Classic so can't get there.
I hope this one has a massive attendance.

Looking forward to seeing many of you there - especially on Sat eve. Come and say hello (if you can see me in the crowd!)

Chris Though delighted to learn they specialise in senior citizens I was concerned to note that all of the guests comments were for 2007...not one in 2008.
Still, being near the football crowd should make for an interesting night out.

Yes, there was a bout of food poisoning during 2008, and not many survived, but they have assured me that the breakfast will be fully compliant to the latest health and safety regulations.
Chris.
Additional... The Blackpool lights switch on will be on Saturday at 4:30 pm at the Houndshill shopping center.
The other half has decided we will be spending all Saturday investigating the shopping center.

Just got back and YET ANOTHER great day out, many many thanks to Derann, I must admit it gets better every year and I picked up loads of bargains (although the auction was a little embarrasing) But visited the Derann stall numerous times as well as Classic and the well used bring and buy stall which had a very strong vinegar smell to it coming from a certain 16mm film. And also the one dealer that thought I had got an IDIOT tatoo across my forehead (not the first time some unscrupulous dealer has tried to fleece me) but anyway it was a great day and a very good attendance too.
