Does anybody know anything about this film for Polaroid cameras?
I'm having the devil of a job getting hold of some Spectra/T-990 film. It appears to be discontinued as far as I can see. Does anybody know if there is a replacement type?

Since Polaroid has gone through bankruptcy, the current company is entirely different and dealing in digital cameras and licensing their logo for other products (such as DVD recorders at Walmart and tv sets).
Whatever you can find will be all there is, google didn't turn up much but one source that sold a pack for $743.00.
Probably time to find another camera. BTW I have a motorized slide film developer for the Polaroid slide film system! No film for those for a lot of years.

A group of former Polaroid employees have just bought one of the old Polaroid factories, and have licensed the instant film technology. They plan on manufacturing film for Polaroid cameras, although it has not been announced which ones they will be supporting.

David, Thanks for the offer, but I was never impressed with the color film and I think luking around here there might be some black and white hi con that needs to be disposed of. Unfortunately I haven't shot any film in many years.
Mitchell, Unfortunately that story is now almost a year old (Jan22 2009) and since we haven't heard any more from them, I don't think they're going to make it in time that people will still think of using their cameras in a group large enough to support manufacture. Kodak used to coat all the color negatives for Polaroid and Pola did the assembly of the materials.
