Mark, Fantastic link, thankfully, dedicated, hardworking volunteer`s are trying to keep our cinema heritage preserved for the future. I could never understand why Bradford was chosen to house our National film museum. It should be in London, with public funding. Best Wishes Stewart

Stewart, glad you liked my link, the museum I,m told it is well worth a visit in its own right and only a fiver for a guided tour with your own personal guide!!
I,m really glad too that our Cinema heritage is being stored for posterity before digital takes over forever!!

It's well worth checking the website again as more guests are now expected. It's even being opened by Michael Winner! Should be a great weekend, in an unusual and interesting venue. And there should be a reasonable amount of film on offer, in addition to plenty of books, posters, etc.

For those that can make it you really don't want to miss this. The Cinema Museum is a fantastic place and Ron Grant, the owner, is well worth meeting, a man whose enthusiasm for the cinema knows no bounds. Special plug for the talk being given by my good friend David Cleveland and his good friend Kevin Brownlow (ask Kevin for his Raymond Rohauer impression, you'll never stop laughing!) And of course
FENELLA FIELDING!
Even if everything else wasn't happening she's reason enough to go! It's going to be an amazing event!
