Watched this movie last night and to my surprise...its really good.

Initially the title of this movie looked very "ho hum" [Roll Eyes] so be don't be put of by it like I was.

Based on a true story of the "Mee" family in England, who did buy a run down zoo, director Cameron Crowe has done a good job of casting for this film. The Blu-ray also includes a fascinating documentary on the real "Mee" family.

Its a good all round family movie I would recommend that's a bit different [Smile]

PS...does anyone recognize actor Angus Macfadyen in the background of this photo as "Robert the Bruce" from 1995 "Braveheart"

Yes...it was my son who said to me...remember him? he was "Robert the Bruce" I thought na... but after checking he was right. [Big Grin]

I purchased that movie on dvd when it came out. Very charming film.
