I'm trying to find the original scored music DVD that Chaplin wrote for the film. I had ordered one online but it has a piano scored version and not the original music he wrote.
Does anyone know where I can find the original scored music that he wrote on a DVD? Perhaps there is not one available on DVD.
Thanks and any info. on the subject would be appreciated.

Hi Roger, I have Pay Day on a DVD released by Image Entertainment titled A First National Collection. Charlie Chaplin wrote the score for all the films on it.

Here is one example of the exact edition, but these rare collectables aren't cheap. Just a tip, if you wanted the Chaplin Mutual comedies, you should get the more recent 90th Anniversary set, not the old edition.

Yeah a bit pricey for just one Chaplin DVD with 6 shorts for $59.00 when I only want just Payday! I already have the Chaplin Complete box set but it does not include Payday.
