I have been selected for their premium customer experience programme, and asked to click on certain items.
Or, is it a scam?

All I can say is that in French à concierge is a janitor, a caretaker. So that seems strange and suspicious.

I have now found out that the modern use of concierge is for a Personal Lifestyle Manager, i.e., Concierge Service.

Locally,hotels have one.Sort of a front bloke.Guides you to Reception and the Lifts......
