A short review of a fascinating BluRay produced by Diabolique Films
This particular film house also produce documentaries for the German Hammer disc releases which are worth having containing much behind the scenes production info.
HAMMER HORROR THE WARNER BROS YEARS. 2017
This disc tells the story of Hammers relationship with Warners who produced many of the films we all know and love. 101 minutes of inside info and exclusive interviews along with unseen footage. This production is sort of a Hammer under the microscope detailing the relationship with its American distributor and ultimately saviour at least till the mid 70's. It's not the old dirt dug up all over again but a refreshing insight and very well produced.
A nice thing to have in your Hammer collection.
