Ebay is at it again taking money out of your Paypal account for " underpaying " postage you purchase through them ! Last year they tried this and stopped it because the USPS ended up OWING sellers MORE money than they collected . And I'm sure it will happen again this time . Don't you think it's time these crooks were stopped ? Ebay is in cahoots with the USPS , both thieves if you ask me .
I have filed an " unauthorized " transaction with Paypal about eBay taking money out of my account and will continue to harass Paypal and waste their time if this continues .

Here in New York E-bay now charges us tax for every transaction as well. Used, new, out of state, and even out of country! Ebay automatically adds it to the invoice and deducts it separately on PayPal. They are supposed to be paying it directly I suppose.
