Im hoping to appeal those on this forum would know what the length and thickness of the spring belt used on this projector is?

(Photo is not of my projector). I'm converting mine to a telecine so I can capture movies to bluray but it came missing the belt and its not easy find one! I bought one off pathefilm.uk which was too small causing the film to get yanked.

Any help appreciated! [Big Grin]

Bought a spares projector and it came with the spring. Its 367mm (14.5") in length including the hooks if anyone's wondering.

Its hand cranked so itll play at whatever speed you crank it at!! Im using mine as a telecine device so fitted it with a stepper motor.

You can get ones with motors and a giant stepdown which reduces mains voltage. Like on this page near the bottom:
