Some 9.5 sound films have this little song in introduction an most end with the Pathé cock. I have never come accross such a song in English or a cock at the end of a Pathescope sound print so I assume it was a French specificity.

Most British 9.5mm sound prints are just the same as their 35mm originals. Other than length!
However, the cockerel always used to introduce and end the Pathe newsreels in cinemas.
