Dont know if anyone can help, I have invested in a new computer running under windows XP and I am trying to get onto Derann web site, it loads up and I get the home page for about 1 - 2 sec then it goes blank, has anybody else had this problem if so did they manage to cure it.
Oh the joys of a new computer !!!!!!!!!!!.

I am running XP pro and have not had a problem, is your browser security setting low enough to accept the cookies and stuff?

I have adjusted the security settings to allow all cookies but to no avail.

You may have to have Java script etc installed. Do you get any error messages?

Do you have a firewall in operation? This can stop access to some sites. If you have, try turnign it off anmd see what happens
