Well, for one thing, how often do you find a silent b/w print that allows you to apply your own sound stripe and enjoy the satisfaction of recording a stereo soundtrack to it And let's not forget, those little 50ft. reels are becoming increasingly rare! They make fine storage media for all kinds of short movies as well as leader material and shoe laces. Then there's the gorgeous, original artwork on the box - why, this item would be worth even more if it weren't for the black "SUPER 8" sticker pasted on top of it.

Why? The sticker is even worth more - more than the whole film!! Haven't you noticed it's one of those rare misprints from January 1977 where the "leg" of the R in "SUPER" is printed slightly longer than usual?? They were withdrawn at once and destroyed back then - this one might be the last one surviving!! Maybe I'll try and ask the seller if I can bid on the sticker only...

Who the heck is selling that at this price, Hey Mike, i think the R could be at the end of a word in my head to describe someone who may actually pay that price

Well guys whoever is selling this Disney tale of a boy "Puppet" must really be a "MUPPET" if he thinks he will even get a bid. You'd think that if you were going to sell something you new nothing about you'd first look at the category on ebay and see what similar items are selling for (OR NOT, AS THE CASE MAY BE!) . Still as the old saying goes "There's one born every minute", well I think this bloke hopes there's one definately out there.
