I've just exposed a cartridge of VNF 7240 (now discontinued) and have just realised the camera wasn't of the XL type and I was working in low-light conditions. Would asking the lab to "push" the film, bring up better results? I'm fearing that the results may be too dark and it's a relative's wedding film! Help!

Did the exposure meter needle in the viewfinder indicate 'underexposure'? If yes, then you may want to push it one F-stop, but this is usially pricey...
