I've just looked at a copy of the Mountain release of a film they called "Splish Splash", but does anyone know what film this was taken from, it's a 400', and has at least one musical number, but as Mountain has only seen fit to make a letreset title up for the 400', I've no idea from what film it comes. Knowing this is a Mountain release, I am wondering if it's an RKO picture, it looks like a 1950's release, but that's about it. By the way the print is quite good, in colour and sound, very passable indeed.

If anyone knows anything?

10 years on from Barry's question, I was curious myself, having seen 'Splish Splash' on eBay. Perhaps someone can identify the film from the photos with this listinmg: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/super-8mm-film-Splish-Splash-1-X-400-Ft-Colour-Sound-Real-Nice-Colour-/400984314945?hash=item5d5c871441

Definitely "The Girl Most Likely" I have this and have spliced it into some B&W odd reels of the feature.

Thanks for the replies. I'll advise the seller as I expect this excellent condition print with remarkably good colour would have sold if he had been able to state the title.
