If we lived in the era of super 8mm, then, the easiest today's movie that can be well edited into 400" or 600", I think is Vantage Point.
This 90 minutes movie has actually 18-25 minutes main story.
If you have seen this one, within 90 minutes the story back and forward 8 times and ended with car chasing action (good one!).
The editor would only take 1 angle (from 8 angles) into fit to 15 minutes and followed by car chasing. (ps: I prefered the President's angle because it can tell why there are 2 "American Presidents" at the same time. But mixed angles can also be done)
Just if that era still exist...
