A very good book it is too Alex,also for stop motion fans,The new
book from Ernie Farino is out this summer that combines all the
issues of the Ray Harryhausen fan mag from the 70's,which were
the last word on "behind the scenes" on Ray's work.

This was Ray Harryhausen's first book he put out while still making pictures. His An Animated Life, Art of R.H., Century of Stop Motion, and Fantasy Scrapbook are all excellent and readily available. Volumes 2 & 3 of Master of the Majicks pop up on Ebay & Amazon but are quite expensive.

I highly recommend An Animated Life.
