I remember a series of posts many years ago on this subject, but I've forgotten nearly all the details.

Wasn't there a planned release of Forbidden Planet as a scope feature, and there were even, (from what I think I remember) 4 test prints made of this feature, but the release got pulled?

Inquiring minds want to know!

Sure Animex released this on super 8 in Cinevision, followed by Kempski after the death of Dr Van A Tettering of Animex and the closure of them.

Animex version may have been edited 3x400ft?

Would love to have in scope/stereo.

Best Wishes
