Hi Members!

I'm a fairly new middle school language arts teacher and I need some help locating something. Do you any of you have the abbreviated version of The Pit and the Pendulum with Vincent Price that you can transfer to VHS or DVD? I do a whole unit on Poe and this is one of the stories we do each year. I'm more than happy to pay for your time and any supplies.

Hi Matthew. There are several edited versions of the Vincent Price "Pit and the Pendulum" ranging from 4:30 to 17:00 minutes right now on YouTube. I am a retired teacher (congratulations to you by the way for choosing such an important profession!) and at my school either YouTube was available in my classroom or I could ask the media specialist to write a request for YouTube access for a certain period of time for use in the classroom.
