When sending back my Wolverine whatever I do I will lose out. Over £130 if I get my money back as return shipping and original shipping costs and customs won't be refunded. Or go for another unit and hope it's better! Still wonder if I might have to pay more customs charges if they consider its a fresh import. Or just keep it and try fixing it myself? Of course that's always a gamble when buying from abroad so did realise this could be an issue and didn't jump into this purchase. Even found an old email to Wolverine from February 2017 when I first considered the earlier model!

Hi Bill can`t you buy these or ones like them from Amazon uk ?

Is there an agent here who will take it back ? possibly.

Would your import duties not be refunded in a return situation, should be surely.

Hope it goes OK.

Best Mark.

Heres a cheap type option but they also do the wolverine type Reflecta`s etc.

Its worth shopping around as the same one as this is sold for £300 under a different name.

Just put in " super 8 film " for a nosey.

Also, you could order from Pearl.de without customs. (I've purchased both my scanners from them.)

(there's no English-language interface, it seems.)

Hi Werner they are available here under a few names, but don`t get great reviews usually.

Often down to 1 star from 5.

They look like they are all from the same company I think.

The Reflecta is thesame as the firsthalf-of-2017 Winait/Wolverine with bad takeup belt instead of the stepper motor. But with a 2018 chip.
