I'm clearing out my L&H Super 8 mag collection on ebay, except for a couple of titles (I still like firing up the small gauge).

Look for seller: tommie1935

Thanks for looking.

But you sell "US only" - at least this is stated in your descriptions.
So - no chance for us poor guys from old Europe or GB?

I am afraid if the package is x-rayed at customs it may affect the magnetic soundtrack, but my main reason is if the film gets lost or damaged in the mail, the logistics of rectifying the problem would be a nightmare.

Tommy, I've bought and sold super 8 magnetic prints to and from Europe and Australia for several years and had no problems. I have had a couple of shipping problems within the US. Thanksfully they were resolved. [Smile]

I had the same experience the other way 'round: I bought many films from the US. I NEVER had any problems with damaged soundtrack or with parcels lost or damaged on the way actually!
Best regards,
Michael

I`ve had film go missing both ways and some reels once as well myself, just had some trailers from Canada go stray too and dissaper fairly recently and the going on its hardly worth the bother.
Saying that its usually OK and probaly down to your own personal luck rating.
Bst Mark.

They are all up now. I find that the silent titles don't sell too well. BIG BUSINESS didn't even sell! I am amazed that I'm getting more dough for CHUMP AT OXFORD than WAY OUT WEST or SONS OF THE DESERT.
