Joe, I bought from Phil Sheard at BFCC a sound Blackhawk copy of 'Battle of the century'-but it's not a full 400'reel,about a bit more than half really-don't know if it's the same you're talking about, still rare though.
...But to give you some hope,have a look at this from France-it's definitely a lot cheaper:
