I think some of these are available in bigger than 8mm format ... But with norwegian subtitles. I might skip them, as I didn't like them too much when I was young (I have changed my mind about other films, so I might need to check it out again)

I found him very stressful and noisy

Moshe, yes this is this box I saw and it is Le gendarme serial, I suppose you mean that there is not Le gendarme et les extra-terrestres. As it is in Hebrew, I didn't try to translate as I have no idea how to say alien in this language. I see that they transleted gendarme by choter. In French, there is a difference between gendarme and policeman (choter) but in many countries there are only policemen so I guess that in other languages they must have transleted like that, too. Panayotis, the title is Le tatoué.
