Recently inherited an untouched gs1200 from my father, shows no signs of wear and remains in original packaging. I tested the single reel of film he had made of a fishing trip but that is all of the use it has seen. This machine would be much happier with someone who could appreciate it for what it is, here is the auction link: Ebay Auction Have a nice day!

It seems you definitely know where to advertise as you also registered on another forum as well to sell your machine. Good luck with the sale! It looks to be a nice Version one machine. Near the forward button there is some white residue. Is that glue or something?

Thanks for the positivity everyone! It was styrofoam dust that I had missed when I wiped it down, it's been nestled in there for a while pictures are updated on eBay 100% clean

I felt it went for much less than I thought it would but that was most likely because it wasn't completely tested. Even though it looked new it could have had problems with the sync, cracked gears, the GS list could potentially go on and on! If all functions were tested it would have sold for around $1600+. As I said before glad that there is another GS-1200 out in the world!

I think Mr. Saracino was very lucky to get what he got for it, even with eBay and PayPal fees. Mainly with it being version 1 and not fully tested...
