this guy bids for stuff on ebay then does not pay and does not answer emails anyone had similar problems

I don't know who he is but he has no negative feedback. However, several comments indicated that he was a scammer and does not pay. However, each gave him positive feedback rating. I don' t get it.

Because seller now cannot leave negtive feedback. The only way to let others now about his bad attitude is to give positive feedback and write the opposite.

yes sellers cant leave neg feedback so have to leave pos and leave there coments about him i have conacted ebay has i want to leave him neg feedback still waiting for a repy from ebay

My advice David,would be not to have anything to do with him, if he can't be courteous and answer your queries, then don't buy
from him, he doesn't deserve your custom.I have asked questions
from folks in foreign climes,yet they still reply.

this guy bid and won a projecter never paid for it sent him several emails no replys reported him to ebay re non payer .i have now blocked him from bidding on anything i sell on ebay
