Upon my searching, I got this lens and I think this is a kind of lens sought after by the projectionist, am I right?

Unfortunately it has fungus. I could clean those fungus on the outside lens, but some are seen inside.

Is it easy to open this lens? and is there calibration need to be done after opening the lens or any position of the inner lens will do?

but my gut feelings told me that it should be more or less the same in principle as super8 zoom projector lens.
So nope,this is definitely not an easy task,but also not impossible. If you had successfully disassembled,cleaned,then reassembled super8 zoom projector lens before. That's doable then. [Wink]
