The projector has written on the case - Cinetechnic, Greenford, London- Debrie 16 Professional D16 MB.6.5034 - 110V - 1PH - 50AC.

It comes with a power lead and a step down transformer. Ive tested the step down transformer and it works, Ive plugged in the projector etc but nothing happens.

I obtained it with a loop of sprung metal which I think is a drive belt. There is a removable inspection plate behind which is a circuit board with valve components. The projector comes with a couple of film reels (bit rusty), a film splicer and one film, I looked at the first 6 feet or so and it starts with the Shell company logo and a plane taking off.

Im not an expert but from the look of the film I think the projector uses optical sound track. The projector is grubby and could do with a clean.

That really brings back memories. These are the machines we used to have at school. I used them for a Film Club I ran at lunch times once a week.

Would be funny having that strapped onto the back of the motor bike [Big Grin]

GS1200 Xenon with Elmo 1.0...great combo along with a 16-CL Xenon for that super bright white light.
