I received the list attached to an email from Therese.

For some reason, Windows cannot open the list.

Can one of the other members possibly email it to me please?

Mike,
I'm really sorry that the list didn't open. I've gone ahead and sent it again in hopes that it will work this time. I've also pasted the list into the email in case it doesn't.

If anyone else is experiencing this problem please let me know so I can send it to you using a different method.
