Further to my previous post about 16mm films and equipment for sale I still have the projectors to sell for spares or repair. It appears both are universal AC/DC models set to 230 volts. The 636 is minus its Amplifier but has mains lead and speaker. The 8636 is complete except for one broken internal lead and tinplate exciter lamp cover. Both machines are being sold for spares or restoration by a competent electronics engineer. Proceeds are to go to my camcorder club. From my experience the old 600 series were one of the best 16mm sound projectors ever made. I am taking them to Pimlico group 9.5 Bring and Buy this Saturday in the hope that they will find a kind collector to adopt them for a small fee of about £10 each as it seems a great shame to have to tip them. They may have just the bits you need , be it lens, lamps,spool arms or what have you. Ken Finch.
