I find Phil's listing on his website to be a difficult read as all the films are in capitals.

The Capitals are off putting to me too and the fact there is no blank line under each title, the titles on the pages seem to run together.

I think he has trouble with the authoring software for the website lists. There are broken lines and titles starting in th emiddle of the line. One page is still showing a line "Double click to insert new title here" at the end of the list.

But thank goodness it isn't also white text on a black background like Independent 8, that with block capitals would be unreadable to me.

WOW!!

I have never actually seen CHC's store front and having seen all those photo's, I feel like I had actually been there, (but would still LOVE to see in person!!).

Many thanks for that upload!

Hi all

Hi all

I dont post very often but feel I would like to show support to Phil Sheard. It seems this hobby has been personally carried forward in its truest sense by Phil.
Actually, his shop is about half a mile down the road from where I am typing this message.

Phil has over the years shown true commitment to this hobby and I know from personally knowing him put all his own resources into furthering it way back and continues to do so. When someone puts their money where their mouth is then it says it all.

Its been my privilege of knowing all the dealers personally and like most I view Phil like i did my friend Derek Simmonds the best in the business.

To be honest I knew all the other dealers - and 16mm people - and apart from Phil, Derann and Paul Foster and Independent 8..and Ian O'Reilly.I do not rate any of the others - as I personally know a lot more than i can post here about others..oh yes.

So I hope he gets support - he gets his critics but has done far more than anyone else [Smile]

Best Mark
