I have four Felix The Cat cartoons for sale on 9.5mm. These are 60' notched titles and joined together on a black metal 300' spool, no can or carton.
The intertitles are great, each with rhyming couplets. The prints are quite light as would be expected for the low wattage lamps of the time.
Considering their age the films are in very good condition and a visual inspection on the bench shows little signs of wear on them. Unfortunately as I have no projector which can handle notched films I have not been able to actually project the films.
The titles are:-
G3001 FELIX THE CRAFTY HUNTSMAN (?) Issued by Pathescope Oct 1931
G954 FELIX BOOSTS THE SHOE TRADE (1923) Issued by Pathescope 1932 Original title "Felix In Hollywood"
G859 FELIX THE BOLD (1924) Issued by Pathescope 1926 Original title "Felix Crosses The Crooks"
G10383 FELIX IN PHARAOHLAND (1923) Issued by Pathescope December 1931 Original title "Felix Gets Broadcasted"
Please note that you will need a projector that will allow projection of notched titles.
Price for the lot as described, on spool, is £18, plus £2 for postage within the UK. The films cannot be separated.
