I sold at auction an 800 ft reel of digests to a gentlemen in Italy. What is the cheapest method to get it there? I remember sending something media mail one time but I'm not sure. I cant seem to find anything on the USPS website.
Thanks for any info-

Alan:

Sending it "Ground" is the most inexpensive way, but also the slowest. (4-6 weeks) That is because it goes on a ship to cross the pond. There are two or three different airmails. Best way is to just go down to the closest Post Office and ask them the cheapest way to ship it by Air. (Of course have it with you at that time)

A friendly hint from a retired Postal Clerk.

Best,

Dick Lee
