Has anyone on the forum ever used the company "Super 8 Cinema - Post Production Services" in San Fransisco, California for sound striping? I just found them on the web. Their site states that they were formerly run by Rupert Taylor (1994), then Paul Yost (2003).
I have some film that needs striping and I was about to send it to the U.K. (EVT Electronics) for striping, but it seems that it would make more sense to keep it here in the U.S. if I can.
Has anyone on the forum ever used this company for sound striping services? If so, how was the service?

I can't say a thing about the quality that Super-8 Cinema provides, because when I was faced with a similar choice a few months ago I chose Evt, The quality of the work was excellent and the turnaround was extremely fast.
An interesting fact is that even with international shipping Evt was still a cheaper alternative.
I think the deciding factor for me is the fact that Evt has a very good reputation, but Super-8 Cinema is still an unknown. I know that the gent in guestion has striped previously, but can't be sure he'll do as well as Evt., who has been at it a lot longer than I've been shooting film.
I wish them both a prosperous future, we need more businesses catering to Super-8!
