Hello Alex
No problems for me with recent Derann emails but you must put the letters DFS somewhere in the email subject line or their network spam filters will block your email from getting through. If you have already tried this and are sure you are using the correct full email address give them a call instead to see if they are having problems at their end. Good luck!

If they came back from their Administrator, then its almost certainly down to the spam filters so as Kev C said earlier, put DFS in the subject line.

Perhaps we could have this topic's title edited to say something like "Emails to Derann coming back?" just in case others are having the same trouble and don't know why, but happen to come across this thread. [Smile]
What's a bit odd is that Derann's website makes no mention of it (or didn't last time I checked, anyway). I only knew thanks to the mailed catalog, but had already forgotten again by the time I sent two emails to Gary. He replied to the first but not the second... Now I remember why. [Roll Eyes]
