Hey Gang,
Boy I sure could use a big pile of Hama film splices. I work at a film school, and yes, we still teach super 8mm in some of the beginning classes (shot with Canon 814, Sankyos, etc.) and when we do some transfers using our soon to arrive Workprinter, we'd love to be able to splice the reels together using good 'ol Hama splices. Anybody know where to get them in the US? If we continue to teach actual film editing we'll continue to use the roll tape splicers, but we often give students the choice. I see that that cool 7dayshop in the UK offers them, so maybe one of you awesome Brits can help me out getting a supply. Thanks!
