Hi,

I´ve just bought from ebay germany the 2 reel version of the empire strikes back (UFA) and as the star wars freak I am, I dont know if I should get the US 2 reel(Ken films Version) of the empire strikes back.

Are they the same ??, (besides the german language track)

(I plan to rerecord the german version in english from the dvd´s)

or are they the same??

Can Someone send me a scan of the box covers (us covers) so I can make new box covers for this german version I bought.

Thanks guys.

Pablo,

Yes they are exactly the same (as according to Andreas of this forum) because the UFA's reels were imported from Ken.

If you do a search then you will find two-three helpful topics about joinning the Germany releases and USA releases to have longer version of both Star Wars.

Cheers,
