It is a nice title, but not as arare as it would seem. They released it first as a limited edition, complete with bookelet relating Mickey's History, which is nice to have. The very rare copies have a card inside which states that some of the cartoons used in the collection are black and white and basically apologizing for it, (kind of strange, mainly because in a color TV world, most people were into color?), and they had a platsic sleeve on top of it.
It was later marketed in a standard cardboard box with a new illustration on the box.
If the price is low enough, it might be worth picking up, (the silver or gold box I've found is more rare), but it's whether the colour is still fine. This was primarily an Eastman colour release and the colour hasn't been too kind to this title. Ask if you may verify the colour level on the print. If they are sealed prints, it may be difficult to verify, because, even if they are mint condition, still sealed, that says nothing as to how well the colour has held up.
Regarding content, it's definitely worth picking up. On the upside, it is the only place I know of, that you can pick up the "Mickey Mouse Club" theme in brilliant colour! That alone makes it a keeper. The black and white clips are from rare cartoons. The only downside is some needless live action footage of the MIckey costume greeting people at Disneyland. It's only 30 seconds or so of footage, but it seems out of place with all the animated footage. It's also nicely framed with linking footage from "Happy Birthday Mickey" (I don't know if that is the title), which in itself, is a somewhat rare cartoon on Super 8mm.

Hi Louis,
I think this is the most often prints from Disney come on Ebay (after Swiss Family Robinson and Escape from the Astragad ![[Wink]](wink.gif) )
I have recently picked this title up from EBay for only GBP 1.05. I can give you the link if you PM me.
As Osi said, it comes in various boxes, Red, Black, Silver, Gold and art cover (2 kind artworks, Black background and Yellow background).

Your right Kevin, and I envy you blokes over in the U.K., as most copies we see around here are faded on most of the 400ft. titles, (Disney), I did receive a great copy of this title on Eastman, and it must have been well stored, as it hasn't faded in the slightest and it clearly says Eastman.
But then with Eastman, you never really know if it's a lowfade non-LPP Eastman, or the quick fade Eastman.
Also of note, I have found that Fuji film can vary widely, as I had a copy of Once Upon a Time in the West, which was clearly labeled "Fuji" and yet it had a terrible fade to it. Either there are different grades of Fuji as well, or it was just HORRIBLY stored.
