Here is a great place to buy film supplies. Leader, splicing tape, etc. They accept Paypal, credit cards, etc.;

This is a division of Neumade Products located in Conneticutt. They have much more available for super 8 all you have to do is ask. Not shown but available, is a Neutaper splicer for super 8 that looks like the ones shown. I know because I have one. It's OK. Never really liked having to tape one side then picking up the film and bending the splice tape over with fingers directly. Although that is the normal procedure for most tape splicing, far better to have a splicer that has the matrix on a hinge to help you swing the film over for better alignment on splices.

Chip, are you saying that you DONT have to flip the film over with your fingers when using the neutaper splicer? the way the post is worded confused me a little. does the splice cover only two frames of the film? thanks!
