I recently acquired a print that the seller didn't specify was scope which would be fine, but how do I show scope on a CHINON 7000? I can't find a CHINON Scope lens ANYWHERE! Any suggestions would be great! [Frown]

Brad, you can use a 16mm scope lens with an improvised bracket. Check out this link to see how I adapted a 16mm Sankor scope lens for a GS-1200;

Hi Brad
Keep an eye on auntie ebay and I am sure a Scope lens may turn up for you. Many types were produced including the Kowa 8Z which I use here with good results on my 10ft home made £15 screen.

The only thing you need to take into consideration is the lens on your Chinon. Make certain the front element is not deeply recessed behind the plastic front, if it is you could have problems. Supplementary lenses are best used as near the projection lens as possible for best results.

I used to film Widescreen quite a bit with the little Fuji P2 cine camera which was also fun.

Happy days
