Hi Jeroen,

Although weīre both Dutch, I will reply in English so the other members can read it too.

I have an Elmo ST-1200 HD M-O with all the belts replaced (so also the counter).
Are you only after an Elmo, or would you consider other brands too?
There are some amazing projectors around.

Hans

Hi Hans,

No I'm really looking for an Elmo, I have already had a eumig but that one is broken, And now i have an sonector Agfa ls, but that one is not stereo.
I heard from many people that Elmo projectors were good and now I look for a good one and prefer to complete with cinemascope lens.
I want a seriously advice and hope to find somebody that sells his projector to me.
But first i'am saving money for it. [Smile]

Hi Jeroen,

I noticed you bought Lady and the Tramp and Beauty and the Beast, so you already have some nice films.
I guess most people start with buying a good projector and then buy films, but why not the other way around.
Please be careful projecting these expensive films on a cheap projector.
If you're interested in a stereo projector, let me know.

Hi Hans,

I have read your last post, I've never worked with scope, so 35mm operator in a cinema but that was 8 years ago.
What kind of price should I start thinking in terms of scope and projector. Is a scopelens simply to use on a normal screen or should I also buy a new screen for my movies I was just running.
And are you talking about an Elmo projector? By that time I would certainly be a demo.
Please let me know. [Big Grin]

Jeroen

Hello,
we also have scope lens available. Itīs a 16mm lens which can be used for 8mm as well. So you need one scope lens for both formats, only.
Price is 60,-Eur + postage
Maybe you still need a universal scope lens holder, fits to almost every model of 8mm and 16mm projectors.
Universal scope lens holder costs additional 65,-Eur.

Best Regards

Hi Jeroen,

What Josef offers you sounds to be a good deal.
You should seriously consider to buy his scopelens + holder.
I might have a projector for you, like the Elmo ST-1200HD M-O.
Send me a PM for more details and pictures.

Hans
