Hi Folks,

As many folks know from following the ST800 speed problem with Dan Lail, I worked on this with Kev F. I found the problem as a shorted output transistor.

Anyway, I was working from an ST600 schematic supplied by Kevin and it was pretty close, some mods but the circuit was identical. I received my ebay ST600 yesterday. It runs perfectly but I want to add some telecine capabilities to it. The motor control circuit bears no resemblance to either the 600 schematic or the ST800 actual. Kevin suspects that my model of 600 was in production at the same time as the 180E and they may have incorporated the two motor controls to save costs. Mine has 1 7 or 8 pin IC, 1 driver transistor and 1 heat sinked output transistor driving the motor.

Anyone have such a schematic (probably the ST180E motor circuit)?

Would you please share the schematic with me?
I need the st-180e schematic or maybe the 600 will do.
Thank you!
