These are the ones that I know of ...

Monty Python and the Holy grail 2X400ft Magnetic sound.
Monty Python and the Holy Grail Super 8 optical sound full feature, (very rare!)

Monty Python's Flying Circus
This is a curious release. I don't remember if it's 400ft or 600ft, but it is black and white, magnetic sound. I don't know which episode it was, but it was supposed to be a regular season episode.

And Now For Something Completely different.
Rumored to be on Super 8, though I have never seen a copy. I don't know if its feature or digest, but it would be worth it just to have the "Annual Running of the Upper Class Twits" (I think that is what it was called) ...

"... and Rupert has managed to run himself over with his own car!" (priceless!)

Monty Python related ...

Yellowbeard Super 8 optical sound feature.
Not all the Pythons (John Cleese, Graham Chapman and Eric Idle, as well as Cheech and Chong). Personally, I thought this was a better comedy than it was given credit for being. my color has held up on this print perfectly. Please see my review of this optical feature in the reviews archives.

If there are other releases, I'd like to know.

Osi, taking advantage of Chris' thread (sorry Chris) do you know by any chance who released the optical edition of THE BOUNTY (1984 - Hopkins/Gibson) on 8mm? Thanks.

I couldn't say exactly which film lab released this on optical sound, (perhaps "Sunstrand" in England) but the film was officially released by Orion Pictures I believe. Thats not too surprising. From the optical sound features available, Orion features are the most prominent and available.

I was told it should have been released by VIACOM. Any idea?

I have the Flying Circus episode...

B&W 600' (full episode #25)

"SPAM" (I don't know if that is the title but it ends with the Spam skit)

I also have a beautiful print of the Holy Grail digest part 1 only.

Interesting, I have several 16mm Monty Python prints, and one of them is a dupe rather than an original, and guess what - it's the "Spam" episode... That one must have been around back in the day...

Cannot remember when I've seen it, so longtime ago for sure. But it was absolutely funny. Good to know some of you have that episode!

I recall from an earlier post (rare titles) that Jean Marc and Kurt Gardner have the B&W episode as well.

That is correct, Sir. It's indeed the "Spam / Hungarian phrase book" episode from Flying Circus.
