Tom & Jerry is known to have 161 episodes in total.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_and_Jerry_filmography

Since my TJ Collection is nearly 100+, I was so encouraged to complete my collection.

I have once listed those films that are doubtfull to be available on super 8mm (ps: I always edited once it is confirmed otherwise)

Yesterday I have just received a parcel from Belgia, and surprise, surprise it is "Filet Meow"

I did not expect this, because I bought a 800' mixed cartoons and never been told what was inside.

I am so eager now to know what other available from the list above.

Winbert ...

Do you happen to know as to whether the Chuck Jones Tom and Jerry cartoon, "The Cat Above and the Mouse Below", was ever released on super 8?

Til now, I don't have any info for "The Cat Above and the Mouse Below". But as my experience, it could be released by unknown companies.

A shame, as this one was, in my opinion, the best of the Chuck Jones T&J! It heralded back to "Rabbit of Seville" and such.

The only Chuck Jones era T&J that I have on super 8 is "Purr Chance to Dream" which I'm sure you know, Winbert, had the distinction of being the last official brand new T&J cartoon to be released to theaters.

The Jones T&J cartoons could be hit or miss, but were certainly worth watching, to be sure.

Many collectors aren't really into Chuck Jones's. But I am more a compeltish collector. I have just bought recently "Snowbody Loves Me" and "Much Ado About Mousing".

cheers,
