Dear forum members,
I plan to write an review about Carol Reed's classic "The Fallen Idol" for a german magazine. Now I need to know the name of the company (or the companies) which sold the super 8mm print - and possibly the date of issue.
Maybe somone here knows...

If I remember correctly it was issued by Powell Films,I would have
to check on release date.

If it was indeed Powell films, was it the only one releasing this film? Was an abridged version available?

As far as I can tell, the Powell is the only version available and is complete without abridged editions.
