Is this rare and can anyone give me any information on it? I know it is a 400' color sound digest but thats about it.

Austin,

Cowboy is not a rare digest. Columbia released three different versions of this 1958 film: 200' sound in both b&W & color, 400' b&w silent, and the 400' color digest you mentioned. It's an excellent film.
