1200feet is about 1 hour of film. More or less depending on how full the reels are. Sometimes films are listed as 3x400 but may contain 3 x 375.

Thank you. I was unsure as I have seen some that I thought was too cheap to be that long. Then you can actually get full features for under 50 pounds, which was surprising to me

In my experience 3 x 400 (= 400 feet eqv 120 meter) will be around 45 - 50 minutes. This is due to the fact that one reel will not be exactly 400 feet.
For one TV episode (60 minutes) it would be uncut because a 60 minute TV episode need to have 20 - 25% for commercial slot. So roughly around 45 minutes nett show.
