I am ready to order a full feature Raiders of the Lost Ark and maybe some Star Wars, but he hasn't replied to my emails lately. Maybe I am in a spam filter or is anyone else having problems too?

Steve Osbourne is certainly "ole school" and most times I have found that he gets back to me by a card in the mail! In fact, when I do call, (and only to put in an order), I usually won't get any reply back, but the film in the mail within no more than a week, which is so totally cool. If the film isn't available, he'll usually let me know.

But he's certainly ole school, and I LUV that about him!
