It's still a good while until October, but still I am just wondering, who is going to attend this year?

For my part, I have already booked the tickets to London, and will definately make an appearance this year! Hopefully loads of others from around Europe will attend, as I would love to meet fellow collectors from around the globe [Smile] Maybe we can fix some sort of dinner or pub-meet on friday?

Anyway, would be nice to get a feel on who'll be there [Smile]

Well who’s on first? Yeah. Go ahead and tell me. Who. The guy on first. Who. The guy playin’ first base. Who. The guy on first. Who is on first! What are you askin’ me for? I’m askin’ you!

I am in the process of checking rooms at my "normal" hotel in Paddington. I guess there's a tube connection to Ealing, so I hope it won't be too far

Really want to get there and hope they will do it in the future too, but in case they decide to stop this event, I really hate to miss it.

If someone's keeping track, put me down on the list of hopeful attendees.

Vidar

From Paddington take the Circle Line (yellow on maps), or the District Line (green on maps) to Notting Hill Gate.

Then change onto the Central Line (red on maps) and leave the train at its terminus at Ealing Broadway.

Vidar

I forgot to add that you can get from Paddington to Ealing Broadway direct using the ordinary rail system (not underground.)

The journey only takes about 8 minutes and there are regular trains.

Note that the main line Paddington terminal station has a lot of platforms and trains may not always go from the same platform.

Thanks, I will figure this out. Have used the underground mostly the about 40 times I've been to London. Just never left Zone 1 and 2 :-)
