Seller had a film, I asked if he accepted money order, said yes, I won it, asked for mailing address, no answer in 8 weeks - yes, I tried four times - I'm not pursuing any longer, just thought to bring up the situation - Shorty

I'm confused. The seller doesn't come through and you give good feedback? I'd be nailing the person to the wall!

Did you send a money order? If so, I'd do a trace on it and see if it was in fact cashed, then, you can send that evidence to ebay and put in proper claim and that way, ebay takes care of the job of being "bad guy", penalyzing the bad seller, and you get your money back.

I might be picking this up wrong, but I think Shorty meant that
he'd won his auction but the seller hadn't forwarded an address for Shorty to send his money order to,thus making the sale on
ebay pointless.Regarding the sellers feed back, I don't think
Shorty had left any.

Not to go very dark here, but I had this happen once, turned out the seller died. Not even joking. A month or two later his brother sorted it all out, so there might be a good reason for such a delay.

Joe, a few years back I won an item on Ebay (not cine related), I needed the address to send payment as I didn't have a Paypal account at that time. I repeatedly asked for the address, the guy refused to give it, then reported me for non payment. Waste of time trying to explain to the people who run Ebay.
